Enclosed Gas Flares
HiTemp has developed an enclosed flare system that mixes the methane stream with sufficient combustion air to maintain a consistent temperature and support methane destruction in the exhaust gas.
Each HiTemp Enclosed Gas Flare System includes all the following:
- Waste gas burner
- Flame arrester
- Combustion air blower (VFD)
- Waste gas ID blower (VFD)
- Water separation drum
- Electronic ignition
- System alarm with cellular text notification
- Dual data logger for temperature and flow
- Refractory stack
- Weatherproof controls
HiTemp systems use modular, interchangeable components with easy access for repairs and maintenance. The design uses straightforward control and combustion systems, allowing us to design, build and ship a complete unit in half the time normally required for standard site-assembled units. In certain situations, we can have a system on site and operational within three to four months from the date the order is placed.
Since our systems are modular, replacement parts and capacity increases can be made without major changes to the basic design.
