Catalytic & Thermal Oxidizer Systems
One of the largest segments of Industrial Pollution control is the use of Thermal and Catalytic Oxidizers to destroy Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and odorous emission discharged during industrial and organic processes. Catalytic oxidation, converts the pollutants to much safer carbon dioxide and water vapor prior to being released.
Many thermal catalytic oxidizers built years ago are still in operation. These systems can be 20 to 30 years old and can be difficult to properly maintain and repair as the original manufacturer is no longer in business.
