Municipal Solid Waste Dryer Systems
HiTemp Rotary Modules are specifically designed to reduce the moisture content of waste materials as municipal solid waste (MSW) typically contains 30% to 40% moisture content, which must be removed to allow processing and efficient destruction.
Our Rotary Dryer Systems can work on both powders and sludge for removal of water, oil and solvents. Operating temperatures and process requirements determine system sizing, heating methods and production capacity. Many applications may require tests to be performed to optimize system design. Connections are also provided for steam and condensate or thermal fluids and can be located at either the feed or discharge points.
Modules can be linked together, as needed to effectively reduce the moisture content of the waste materials. A separate system conveyor is used to feed the modules with each module being capable of processing 500kg per hour.
